Surprise Joy Deliveries (SJD) — E-Commerce & Logistics

Context

SJD offers booking and delivery of personalised gifts and surprises.

Problem

It needed a site where people choose and book a surprise online, with reliable email for confirmations, without relying on a third-party email service, and easy to find on search engines.

Solution

• Online catalogue and booking, built with PHP Laravel and Tailwind CSS.
• MySQL database, served by Nginx.
• Self-hosted email with Mailcow, with DKIM and SPF configured so messages reach the inbox.
• Careful SEO so the site can be found on search engines.

Results

• Platform online at sujode.net and indexed by search engines.
